- 1. Online Application – All you need to do is fill up a small form with basic information about yourself online. Here you have to fill only very basic information about yourself and its done. No need to attach any supporting document at this stage.
- 2. Once you have submitted your application online. The respective Development Officer of your area will contact you for the further needful process.
- 3. Now you need to submit your documents eg. PAN, Aadhar, Education Qualification, Photograph etc. as might be suggested by the development officer.
- 4. There is a fee involved in the process that includes Rs.150/- as registration charges, Rs.530/- for IRDAI examination fee and approx. Rs.200/- for training/preparation of IRDAI examination.
- 5. Once you have submitted all the necessary documents, you should start preparing for IRDAI examination (Development Officer will arrange exam date, provide the study material and necessary training for it). It is MCQ type of question paper. You need to secure only 18 marks out of 50 to pass the examination.
